Value Proposition
TJVBC is led by Latoya Washington and Jose Morales. Latoya played collegiate volleyball at FSU and has coached high school volleyball since graduation. She has over 17 years’ experience coaching young athletes. Jose has more than 25 years’ experience coaching, including the Puerto Rican National Team and local teams in Leon and Wakulla.
Established in 2005, TJVBC is one of the fastest growing volleyball clubs in the state of Florida. The club is committed to providing a program of excellence -- excellence in its athletes, in its coaches, and in its endeavor to develop each young woman into the best athlete and leader she can be. Tallahassee Juniors Volleyball Club is one of the largest clubs in Florida. The club has over 200 players from ages 6 to 18. Over the past five years, 33 TJVBC seniors signed letters of intent to play collegiate volleyball on scholarship. TJVBC is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization focused on growing the sport and developing young players to their fullest potential. |

The explosive growth and popularity of TJVBC is evidenced by its sponsorship agreement with Nike. TJVBC was the first volleyball club in the state to be selected to sign an exclusive apparel contract with Nike. All TJVBC athletes are outfitted in Nike gear. On a daily basis, hundreds of players, parents and family members come through the TJVBC training facility. We currently service families from 8 surrounding counties-Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden, Columbia, Lafayette, Taylor and Thomas counties. This makes for the perfect opportunity for your company to gain heightened visibility among a diverse population.
